The Núcleo Islâmico houses a vast and diverse collection of archaeological artifacts from the Islamic period, originating from excavations carried out at various sites.

In order to increase the accessibility of the space, the City Council asked us to create a set of replicas, including the famous Islamic Vase, the centerpiece of the collection.

We began by conducting a point cloud survey of each of the parts. The model then underwent minor modeling adjustments based on photos.

Printing varied between PLA and polyamide depending on the characteristics of the parts.

In the final stage, artistic painting was carried out, resulting in replicas that are exactly the same as the originals.
