Tactile replicas of dinosaur fossils.
This project was commissioned by the Loulé City Council and the Faculty of Science and Technology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where we 3D-printed four replicas in polyamide that make up a dinosaur fossil—the Holotype Skull, the Mandible of M. algarvensis, and the Mandible of Phytosaurus.
We also carried out the artistic painting and post-production at the National Museum of Archaeology in Lisbon, where the fossils are on display, to ensure realism and likeness to the original.
Development time: 3 weeks.
