Laser scanning, modeling, 3D printing and artistic painting
8 life-size soldiers representing the various armies present: Portuguese, French, and English.
To achieve this, we performed a laser scan of each of the uniforms applied to actual period mannequins. The 3D models were then rectified with the support of dedicated modeling.
After approval of the digital phase, we proceeded with printing each of the models in ABS. The various pieces were treated and integrated, thus forming the different soldiers.
Os modelos foram depois protegidos com a aplicação de níveis de verniz de proteção, após o que tiveram diferentes camadas de tinta. Esta operação foi desenvolvida por um artista plástico.
